Meet our staff

Little Preschoolers kaimahi (staff) collectively uphold our tirohanga (vision) to encourage learning for all tamariki. As kaiako (teachers) at Little Preschoolers, we foster many proactive strategies that support tamariki to facilitate their interests, strengths and ways of being through inclusive learning experiences. We believe in helping children holistically and in an inclusive socio-cultural environment and embrace all tamariki and whānau identities, languages and cultures. Kaiako (teachers) at Little Preschoolers uphold each other, whānau and community to actively respond to tamariki and create an environment of equitable opportunity and accessibility for all. With guidance, Little Preschoolers foster a mana-enhancing setting for tamariki to become competent and confident little learners.
